Tremadart House is a Victorian country house set in one and a half acres of lovely gardens with mature trees and extensive lawns.  Situated in the hamlet of Duloe, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the Cornish countryside, yet only 4 miles away be at the historic fishing port of Looe and close to Polperro. You are within about 30-40 minutes drive of The Eden Project, Padstow and the rugged Cornish North coast with its golden sands and surfing beaches.

You can be assured of a warm welcome from the resident proprietors, David and Philippa Read.

You'll be able to relax and unwind in one of our individually designed bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.  Your bedroom is elegantly decorated and furnished with luxury beds. You may choose the four-poster suite, a family size room in which 1/2 extra beds can be added for children, and/or a private suite of 2 double bedrooms. All bedrooms have colour TV, hair dryer, and tea/coffee making facilities.

You can visit 25 golf courses within 25 miles of Tremadart, including St Mellion Golf Club. At the nearby sandy beaches, you may enjoy plenty of watersports. Why not go sailing, diving or wind surfing? As a cyclist or walker you will have an abundant choice of great routes to explore with fabulous panoramic views from the coastal paths, woodlands and moors.  Forestry Commission tracks start just a few minutes walk down 'our lane'.
