Access Statement for Tremadart House
Introduction
Tremadart House is an early 20th century period house in Duloe, a rural location of Outstanding Natural Beauty between Liskeard and Looe, offering 5 bedrooms on the first floor all with their own en-suite facilities.
Public Transport Links
The main line railway station in Liskeard is 4 miles from the property. The same station provides the Liskeard to Looe shuttle service. There is also a bus service from both Liskeard and Looe passing through Duloe. The bus stop is at the top of our lane, about 50 metres away.
Approach to the property
There is a gravel driveway from the lane to the property with parking for all guests' cars.
Dining Area
This is a good-sized room mainly with individual tables for the guests.
Guest Lounge
The lounge has several comfortable settees with a log effect electric fire to complement the central heating. There is also a TV.
Downstairs Cloakroom
This cloakroom has a WC and wash hand basin for the use of guests.
Stairs
The property has a wide staircase with shallow steps with two turns leading to the first floor bedrooms.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are a good size with central heating. One bedroom has a walk-in shower and the remaining bedrooms all have a bath with a shower attachment and a glass screen unit.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. We have portable single beds and a travel cot and high chair.
Pets
We regret we have a ‘no pets’ policy but there is a good kennels at Pelynt which is 5 miles away.
Gardens
Tremadart House has a good sized mature garden with a paved patio extending around two sides of the house with a variety of seating areas which guests are welcome to use. There is also a croquet lawn in front of the patio. We also have a table tennis table under a covered area for guests' use.
