Access Statement for Tremadart House

Introduction

Tremadart House is an early 20th century period house in Duloe, a rural location of Outstanding Natural Beauty between Liskeard and Looe, offering 5 bedrooms on the first floor all with their own en-suite facilities.

Public Transport Links

The main line railway station in Liskeard is 4 miles from the property. The same station provides the Liskeard to Looe shuttle service.  There is also a bus service from both Liskeard and Looe passing through Duloe. The bus stop is at the top of our lane, about 50 metres away.

Approach to the property

There is a gravel driveway from the lane to the property with parking for all guests' cars.

Dining Area

This is a good-sized room mainly with individual tables for the guests.

Guest Lounge

The lounge has several comfortable settees with a log effect electric fire to complement the central heating.  There is also a TV.

Downstairs Cloakroom

This cloakroom has a WC and wash hand basin for the use of guests.

Stairs

The property has a wide staircase with shallow steps with two turns leading to the first floor bedrooms.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are a good size with central heating.  One bedroom has a walk-in shower and the remaining bedrooms all have a bath with a shower attachment and a glass screen unit.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome.  We have portable single beds and a travel cot and high chair.

Pets

We regret we have a ‘no pets’ policy but there is a good kennels at Pelynt which is 5 miles away.

Gardens

Tremadart House has a good sized mature garden with a paved patio extending around two sides of the house with a variety of seating areas which guests are welcome to use.  There is also a croquet lawn in front of the patio.  We also have a table tennis table under a covered area for guests' use.
