- All reservations that are cancelled may be charged at the following rates unless subsequently relet:
- From confirmation of booking: 10% of total stay
- Less than 2 weeks before day of arrival: 30% of total stay, with a minimum amount of 1 night
- Less than 7 days before day of arrival: 100% of total stay
- No show: 100% of total stay.
